"In 2021 I was looking for a 4WD vehicle that would accommodate at least 5 passengers and be flexible enough to permit me to occasionally sleep comfortably in the vehicle. After doing my research I had decided that a Mitsubishi Delica might meet my needs and I visited a couple of dealers close to home in the South. Neither provided the information I needed to make my decision. I then found Adventure Motor Vehicles and after a phone conversation with Edward, I arranged to a visit to further discuss my needs and learn more about the pros & cons of importing a Delica from Japan. Edward proved extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was reassured by the fact that he had owned and used Delica’s with his family over several years. He detailed the preparation that each AMV vehicle undergoes to make it suitable and legal for use on UK roads. I ordered my Delica from AMV and it was delivered in late 2021 complete with the upgrades ordered. The vehicle looked immaculate and it was difficult to believe it was 20 years old. Since purchasing, I have had some additional upgrades and all were delivered with the same attention to detail. The after sales service that I have received from Edward are second to none; he really goes above and beyond to help his customers. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from AMV."

"Well, where do we start…
· Having purchased our vehicle prior to this Lockdown, my wife and I collected our Toyota Noah on the 1st of Feb in a COVID safe collection. Bearing in mind this vehicle is 18 yrs old, it was absolutely gleaming.
· Not only gleaming on the surface, but gleaming underneath. We had seen a video of the chassis during its finishing touches (chassis waxed and treated) and all ready to be let loose on the UK highways 😳
· To say Edward is an enthusiast in his work is an understatement. Get him talking about cars, vans classics, you would think you’ve known him for years. Great thanks go to Edward and Justine for this superb gem of a business tucked away in North Lancashire.
· Originally my wife and I needed a van for work (gardening), at least a 5 seater and a vehicle for camping and mountain biking. Not only did we end up with a 5 seater but an 8 seater as well, the Noah does both and is a great all rounder.
· The long research started about 18 months before hand, until AMV popped up.
· The always so cheerful Chap at the end of the phone, Edward says “I have a Toyota Noah”.
My reply,” Never heard of it”.
· One thing led to another and now we have this wonderful utility vehicle in our ownership. NEVER UNDER-ESTIMATE THE TOYOTA NOAH. The VW drivers swan neck at it. I’d just like to say thank you to you both for the time and effort you put into this successful business and passing over the passion to your clients."

"It was a real pleasure being able to get involved with the planning, design and conversion of our Delica, which is the grey one above. It's now base camp for walking, wild swimming, photo tours etc. Everything we needed in a vehicle that can take us anywhere, but still has a footprint no bigger than a regular car. As we've found out these vehicles are renown for their longevity, toughness and reliability, and it's great to see them find new life as campers and day vans, as well as their more normal role. Not sure we'd find anyone as helpful and attentive to detail as AMV either, so a big thanks for sourcing this vehicle and converting it for us!"

Oh my! What can I say.... I am in love with my beautiful vehicle and Ed has been so patient with my constant questions for over a year.
I’ve spent over 12 months trying to find the perfect vehicle which Ed found for me and my family.
As soon as I saw photos I fell in love with it. It arrived at Adventure Motor Vehicles and I purchased it straight away.
