AMV TERMS OF SALE



Terms of sale are set out by Adventure Motor Vehicles Limited. The responsibility is with the customer to read and understand these before proceeding with any purchase.

WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM STOCK

The conditions of sale are as follows.

A deposit of 50% will be required at point of sale (this will be NON-REFUNDABLE). The deposit will secure the vehicle and cover the cost of import, shipping, duty and AMV preparation so far.

A further 25% payment will be required at the mid-point of preparation.

The final payment is due 7 days prior to collection of the fully prepared vehicle.

WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE TO ORDER

The conditions of sale are as follows.

£1000 bidding deposit will be required (this will be NON-REFUNDABLE)

We agree a maximum sale price with the customer and when a price has been agreed our bidding partner will set an appropriate bid.

If the bid is successful and the vehicle is won a 50% NON-REFUNDAVBLE deposit will then be required immediately to secure the vehicle and to cover the purchase price, shipping costs and duty.

A further 25% payment will be required when the vehicle arrives at AMV.

The final 25% payment will be required 7 days prior to collection of the fully prepared vehicle.
